About Us
Joe Carlson Well Drilling, formerly Pyard Well Drilling, has been in business since the 1950s. Joe Carlson bought the business from his retiring boss in the mid-1970s. Carlson’s son-in-law, Roger Cooke worked for Joe for many years and then purchased the company in 1988. Roger’s son, Joe Cooke, has been working for his dad, making it a true family business.
We drill new and replacement wells for both contractors and homeowners. For new wells, water use is determined, taking into account the needs of irrigation systems and/or heat pump furnaces, and pumps and tanks are sized accordingly. We use the most reliable equipment available, so homeowners will have the fewest problems.
